- Booking data: when you book a consultation via Calendly, Calendly processes your name, email, and selected time slot on our behalf.

4. Third-party processors
We use the following third-party services to operate our website and business, each of which processes limited personal data on our behalf under their own privacy terms:

- Google Analytics (GA4) — website usage analytics
- Calendly — consultation booking and scheduling
- Advolta Digital GmbH — our digital services partner, who may process data in connection with website hosting, SEO, advertising, and chatbot services delivered on our behalf
5. Data retention
We retain enquiry and customer data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, and afterward as required by French commercial and tax law (typically up to 10 years for invoicing records). Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' default retention settings.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact [at] luskine.com.
